    Born and raised in NW Indiana, Niki feels extremely grateful to now live and work in one of the most beautiful communities in the world. She lives with her husband and Maine Coon and enjoys photographing the amazing landscapes and running the beautiful beaches of Los Cabos every day.
    She bought her first home at the age of 19 which helped ignite her extreme passion for real estate. Niki is licensed in Baja California Sur and also in NW Indiana. But before venturing into real estate, she honed her office management and accounting skills for 30 years at a prestigious law firm in Chicago. This background has armed her with exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail – qualities that are invaluable when navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and the understanding of client needs. In addition, she has successfully managed multiple Airbnb properties while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. This experience has provided her with an understanding of the vacation rental market, allowing her to effectively advise clients on maximizing their rental income.
