This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Labrado building, it’s the 4th building. The stairway entrance is located in the covered parking garage. The unit is labeled Labrado 3A. There is a keyless door lock to gain entry 24/7. You will receive your personal code 1 day before arrival.

Free covered parking is available for 1 vehicle on the ground level of each building. Our reserved space is labeled 4-3A. After you enter the gate, turn right into the very first parking garage. You will find our parking space on the left side before the 2nd staircase which is the 4th building (Labrado).
The master bedroom contains a king sized bed. The guest bedroom contains a queen sized bed and the living room contains a queen sized sleeper sofa and an air mattress.
A community pool and cabanas are located in the center of the complex.

Uber is available as well as taxis. We recommend Uber for getting around town as it is the most affordable option. There are also several bus routes that go all over the Los Cabos area.
We have expansive views of the mountains in every direction and the city view is spectacular at night! There is also a peek-a-boo ocean view from the balconies. Cerro de la Z is the mountain located right across the street. This 1.3 mile trail can be seen from all over Cabo and has multiple switchbacks that look like a “Z”. When you hike to the top, you will be amazed at the 360 degree view of the Pacific Ocean and the town, don’t forget your camera!

Los Cabos has earned the prestigious certification for several Blue Flag beaches. Those beaches include Medano, Chileno, Santa Maria, La Gaviota, Monument, El Surgidero, Acapulquito, Corsario, Hacienda, Las Viudas, Palmilla and La Ribera.
This is something you cannot miss. The best time to observe the whales is during their seasonal migration from December through April. During the season, charters run tours to the migratory grounds with a variety of boats which can be arranged at the marina.

Surfing is great year-round in Cabo. May to October are the best months on the Sea of Cortez side. November to April are the months best for the Pacific side. Surf areas are located at Monuments Beach, Costa Azul/Zippers Beach, Acapulquito Beach, Pescadero, Divorce Beach, San Pedrito, Los Cerritos Beach, Nine Palms and Shipwrecks Beach.
